Recent projects of the "Cell Wall and Environment" Group

Two new projects were accepted in july 2024 for financing by the French National Research Agency (ANR).

SOSPECT project

The SOSPECT project aims to evidence inter-relationships between ionic environment and pectins architecture as well as cell wall integrity in response to salt stress in plants using A. thaliana and rice as Dicot- and Monocotyledonous plant models.

Project partners include:
1) IPSIM CNRS Montpellier
2) IJPB INRAE AgroParisTech
3) IPREM CNRS Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour.

CROSSING project

The CROSSING project aims to study the interactions between plant hormonal regulation and pectin metabolism in response to high temperature and its impact on plant growth. CROSSING is a single-team project.
